WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our terms and conditions before proceed to wholesale arrangement.

1. Minimum order is 24pcs per style to entitle for 30% discounts (ex; PE is one style, LF is another style). You can choose colors, designs and sizes as long as the stock is available.

2. You are free to put the resale price at your own judgment but it must not be lowered than posted on WomanInColors website. If we found out your price is lower than WIC, your name will be black listed. The price must be controlled for the sake of other wholesalers. For your information, all prices posted on WIC are relatively below than market prices.


3. For Pre-order cases, in some circumstances the stock may sell out faster than others and may not be available. If any stock which has been ordered cannot be fulfilled you will not be charged. When it comes to no stock, the minimum pieces automatically does not apply. However, you'll still enjoy the wholesale price.

4. 20% deposit is required when placing your booking for items under Pre-Order.

5. As usual, full payment is required before each shipment.

6. All sales are final. No returns or exhanges, be it colors, designs or sizes. No worries, WomanInColors will check the quality, designs and sizes before shipment.

7. Shipping cost will be borned by you.

8. At the time of ordering you are provided with an approximate freight price based on the goods been delivered via Pos Laju.
